Frank BartiromoTechnical Service AssociateFrank has been a key customer service associate/tool designer for more than 20 years at North American Tool. His invaluable tooling applications experience has assisted innumerable end user customers over the years. Frank is an import from the east coast having attended Southern Connecticut State University where he studied engineering, and served as an apprentice tooling engineer. Frank is committed to providing technical tooling applications assistance to distributors and end-users alike.

Jane CousinCustomer Service AssociateJane joined North American Tool in November 2006 as a Stockroom Attendant. During her two-year tenure in the stockroom, Jane learned cutting tools "from-the-inside-out" by pulling tool stock, tracking and expediting orders and troubleshooting. With this varied tooling experience behind her, Jane has since moved into the Customer Service area where she has become an invaluable team member. Jane brings a daily commitment of providing outstanding customer service to all distributors and end-users of North American Tool products.

Josette FillbachCustomer Service AssociateIn her 15th year at North American Tool, Josette has been a dedicated associate who’s always willing to assist customers and co-workers alike. She has been deemed ”the voice of North American Tool” as she is the office receptionist and is often the first voice customers hear when they place a call. She also works in the Customer Service department as well. Josette is an active member of WOTM (Women of Today’s Manufacturing). She is experienced at her positions and yet adaptable to handling the concerns of customers on a daily basis.

Anita GrahamCustomer Service AssociateAnita joined North American Tool in November of 2008 and has quickly become an integral part of the Customer Service Team. Anita has shown total commitment in developing the skills needed for effectively addressing the needs and expectations of cutting tool customers. Her ability to provide friendly, professional assistance to industrial distributors and end-users alike is a result of her excellent customer service background.

Ronalda HankinsCustomer Service AssociateRonnie has been a valued team player at North American Tool since 1997. She was instrumental in the company’s implementation of ISO 9001-2000 certification, having maintained North American Tool’s quality program as the Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant. Ronnie currently strives to provide customers with an optimum level of service and support as a Customer Service representative. During her tenure at NATool, she has completed numerous courses on quality assurance programs.

Kelli HarrisPurchasing AgentKelli has been an instrumental part of the North American Tool team since 2005. Kelli is the Purchasing Agent for NATool and handles all procurement activity for the company. Her unparalleled organizational and interpersonal skills allow her to interact with suppliers and company management alike which results in successful, cost-effective methods of goods and services fulfillment. In her previous role as Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant, Kelli kept things running smoothly between inside and outside sales, as well as performing numerous customer service, advertising and marketing activities. She is currently a board member for WOTM (Women of Today’s Manufacturing). Kelli is actively pursuing a Bachelor degree in the field of Business.

Lori SturdevantTechnical Service AssociateLori began her affiliation with North American Tool Corporation as a Tool Designer just three months after its inception in 1986. She has an Associates Degree in Industrial Engineering, and has gained a reputation over the years as a respected cutting tool applications engineer. Lori is often the “go-to” person when customers require tapping application advice on particularly challenging jobs. For more than two decades, Lori has been committed to providing complete customer satisfaction through professionalism and technical knowledge.

Seth UdellCustomer Service AssociateSeth joined North American Tool as a Customer Service Associate in February 2007. His previous endeavor was with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange where Seth worked as an Arbitrage Clerk for Eurodollar Options trading. Seth’s excellent organizational and service skills have enabled him to become a valued associate for NATool’s customer service team.

David WestTechnical Service AssociateDavid has been a key Associate at North American Tool since 1987, and currently is a Tool Designer in the Customer Service department. After performing several jobs at the company, from machine operator to customer service to tool design, he is well equipped to handle the needs and issues of our most demanding customer requirements. David is committed to the excellence of service that is a true asset to the company.
