Frank has been a key customer service associate/tool designer for more than 20 years at North American Tool. His invaluable tooling applications experience has assisted innumerable end user customers over the years. Frank is an import from the east coast having attended Southern Connecticut State University where he studied engineering, and served as an apprentice tooling engineer. Frank is committed to providing technical tooling applications assistance to distributors and end-users alike.
In her 15th year at North American Tool, Josette has been a dedicated associate who’s always willing to assist customers and co-workers alike. She has been deemed ”the voice of North American Tool” as she is the office receptionist and is often the first voice customers hear when they place a call. She also works in the Customer Service department as well. Josette is currently the acting President of WOTM (Women of Today’s Manufacturing), a non-profit professional association for dedicated individuals working in the manufacturing field. She is experienced at her positions and yet adaptable to handling the concerns of customers on a daily basis.
Anita joined North American Tool in November of 2008 and has quickly become an integral part of the Customer Service Team. Anita has shown total commitment in developing the skills needed for effectively addressing the needs and expectations of cutting tool customers. Her ability to provide friendly, professional assistance to industrial distributors and end-users alike is a result of her excellent customer service background.
RoseAnn joined the North American Tool team in 2010. Responsible for assisting in sales and marketing efforts for North American Tool Corporation, RoseAnn's key focus is brand building, achieved through social media and digital marketing, trade show coordination, corporate event planning, branding and identity, and community relations.
Kelli has been an instrumental part of the North American Tool team since 2005. Kelli is the Purchasing Agent for NATool and handles all procurement activity for the company. Her unparalleled organizational and interpersonal skills allow her to interact with suppliers and company management alike which results in successful, cost-effective methods of goods and services fulfillment. In her previous role as Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant, Kelli kept things running smoothly between inside and outside sales, as well as performing numerous customer service, advertising and marketing activities. She is currently a board member for WOTM (Women of Today’s Manufacturing). Kelli has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Studies from Rockford College.
Lisa is one of our true veterans, having joined North American Tool in 1989. She has experience in numerous facets of production and sales, having worked as a machinist, shipping clerk, stockroom attendant, material control specialist, and now, Customer Service Associate. It is these varied experiences that allows Lisa to provide unparalleled customer service on a daily basis. She is always ready to assist customers and strives to provide an optimum level of service and support.
Lori began her affiliation with North American Tool Corporation as a Tool Designer just three months after its inception in 1986. She has an Associates Degree in Industrial Engineering, and has gained a reputation over the years as a respected cutting tool applications engineer. Lori is often the “go-to” person when customers require tapping application advice on particularly challenging jobs. For more than two decades, Lori has been committed to providing complete customer satisfaction through professionalism and technical knowledge.
Bridget joined North American Tool in March of 2012 and is an integral part of the Customer Service team. Bridget brings over 15 years of customer relations skills to her position as she strives to provide customers with an optimum level of service and support. Her attention to detail and her ability to listen to customer needs are the result of her extensive experience. Bridget is always ready to provide unmatched service and assistance, and is committed to the overall satisfaction of North American Tool customers.
David has been a key Associate at North American Tool since 1987, and currently is a Tool Designer in the Customer Service department. After performing several jobs at the company, from machine operator to customer service to tool design, he is well equipped to handle the needs and issues of our most demanding customer requirements. David is committed to the excellence of service that is a true asset to the company.
